With PostRadar
- Add a handle or link, views update on their own
- See who is behind on posts before you pay
- Compare posts by hook, format and length in one click
- View count locked on a payout date
- A Monday email with what changed
- Starts at $39/month
A spreadsheet is the right place to start. It stops working at about 15 creators.
Almost every UGC campaign starts in a sheet: one row per post, columns for creator, link, views, and amount owed. With five creators, that's fine.
Then it grows. Someone posts without tagging you. A view count goes stale. You pay against a number that has already changed. By 30 creators, nobody can say who is late.
What actually breaks
View counts
A spreadsheet can't check views. Someone has to open every link and type in the number. Posts keep getting views for days, so the number in the sheet is almost always out of date.
PostRadar checks views often while a post is new, then less once it settles down.
Who is behind
In a sheet, you find out a creator is two posts short when you go to pay them, if you notice at all. In PostRadar you set how many posts each creator owes you, and anyone behind shows up first.
What worked
You can add a "hook" column to your sheet. But comparing 400 posts by hook type means pivot tables, and a single viral video can make one hook look like a winner. PostRadar compares groups in one click and hides any group with fewer than five posts.
Payouts
Per-1,000-view deals are where sheets cost real money. If a creator's views keep rising after you pay, which number was right? PostRadar locks the view count on a date, so what you paid matches what you reported.

Stay with a spreadsheet if...
You have fewer than 10 to 15 creators, pay flat fees, and don't mind updating views by hand once a week. It's free and it works.
Switch to PostRadar if...
You're past 15 creators, pay per 1,000 views, or spend more than an hour a week pasting numbers. Or you want to know which hooks and formats actually win before you write the next brief.
What it costs
Most tools like this start at $99 a month. PostRadar Solo is $39/month for 3 campaigns, 300 posts and 15 creators. Studio is $99/month for 2,000 posts and 75 creators.
If you pay creators $2 per 1,000 views across five million views, that's $10,000 a month in payouts. Studio is one percent of that.
There are no seats. Your creators never log in, so seats would make no sense.
Moving from a spreadsheet
Paste your links in as a batch, or add creator handles and we find their posts. The 7-day trial covers one campaign and 500 posts, so the fair test is to load a campaign you already ran and see what it tells you about posts you already know. No card needed.
Frequently asked questions
Why not just use a spreadsheet?
A spreadsheet can't check view counts every day, can't tell you a creator is two posts short, and can't compare 400 posts by hook type in one click.
Can I import my existing sheet?
You can paste a whole batch of links at once, or add creator handles and PostRadar finds their posts.
Do my creators need to sign up?
No. There's nothing for them to install, approve or log in to.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Exports unlock when you subscribe.
